Welcome to Ladies Health (“we,” “us,” or “our”), the trusted online community for women’s health, wellness, and support. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to ladieshealth.com, the Ladies Health mobile app, and all related services (the “Service”).

BY CHECKING “I AGREE” OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.

1. Who Can Use Ladies Health

You must be 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your country) to use the Service. By using Ladies Health, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Your Account

  • Create an account with accurate information.
  • Keep your password secret.
  • You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
  • We may suspend or delete accounts that break these Terms.

3. Your Content

  • “Your Content” means anything you post, upload, or share (journal entries, photos, comments, etc.).
  • You own Your Content, but you give Ladies Health a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, store, display, and share it to run and improve the Service.
  • You promise Your Content doesn’t violate anyone else’s rights or the law.

4. Private Data

We collect personal health and wellness information you voluntarily share (e.g., cycle data, mood logs, symptoms).

This information will be shared with third parties for research, advertising, analytics, or service improvement. We will never sell your name or contact details without consent, but anonymized or aggregated data may be shared.

5. What You Can’t Do

Do not:

  • Post harmful, false, or abusive content.
  • Harass or bully others.
  • Share medical advice unless you’re a licensed professional.
  • Scrape, hack, or disrupt the Service.
  • Pretend to be someone else.

6. Our Content & Trademarks

Ladies Health’s logos, designs, articles, and tools are ours. You can’t copy or reuse them without permission.

7. Third-Party Links

We may link to outside sites (e.g., partner clinics). We’re not responsible for them.

8. We Can End Your Access

We may suspend or delete your account anytime, for any reason, without notice—especially if you break these rules.

9. No Guarantees

The Service is provided “as is.” We don’t promise it’s always accurate, safe, or available. Use it at your own risk.

10. We’re Not Liable

Ladies Health is not liable for any indirect, special, or emotional damages. Our total liability won’t exceed $50.

11. You Protect Us

You agree to cover any legal costs if someone sues us because of Your Content or your actions.

12. California Law & Disputes

California law applies. Any disputes go to binding arbitration in Los Angeles, CA. No class actions. No jury.

13. We Can Change These Terms

We’ll post updates here. Keep using the Service = you accept the new rules.
